This Thursday, the sixth debate in the series, Treatment as Prevention, will feature Dr. Myron Cohen arguing against the following proposition:

 

"Countries should spend a majority of what is likely to be a flat or even declining HIV prevention budget on 'treatment as prevention.’”

 

Also arguing against the proposition will be Stefano Bertozzi of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Arguing for the proposition will be Wafaa M. El-Sadr of the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and Sten H. Vermund of Vanderbilt University.
