The Triangle Global Health Consortium mentorship programs provide a variety of opportunities for mentors and mentees to connect. We strive to create an environment which benefits each participant - mentees and mentors - as well as our local and worldwide communities.

  • Mentees have opportunities to gain knowledge and skills in advancing global health, establish new connections, and discover opportunities for internships and employment.

  • Mentors are able to build connections with students and early career professionals, expand their own professional growth, and develop leadership skills.

  • Our local global health community benefits as we recruit and develop top talent, create more engaged young leaders, and build strong connections across institutions and sectors.

  • Communities worldwide will ultimately benefit from a more skilled and experienced workforce dedicated to improving global health.

We hope you will take advantage of the mentorship opportunities below!

Cohorts

Mentor Cohort Program

Through our mentorship cohorts, mentees and mentors are matched into small groups with 3 to 4 mentees per mentor. Each mentorship cohort meets monthly. Mentees apply to participate in the mentorship cohorts.

OPEN

Please note: Only Consortium members are eligible to apply to participate in the mentorship cohorts. Not sure if you're a member? If you are a student or employee at one of our member organizations, you are automatically a member! Just use the email address that reflects your member institution affiliation (e.g. email@rti.org, name@ncsu.edu, etc.) when you fill out your mentee application.
